Do domestic helpers need to go into quarantine when they return to the Philippines?

Currently, international passengers arriving in the Philippines are required to go through a 14-day quarantine upon arrival. There are reduced quarantine periods of 7-days for eligible passengers from Hong Kong who are fully vaccinated. Vaccinated arrivals can present their vaccination records from Hong Kong or the International Certificate of Vaccination.
