Travel restrictions to 10 countries extended until August 15, 2021

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte approved the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) to extend the travel restrictions currently imposed to ten (10) countries starting August 1 until August 15, 2021.

These countries include India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

The IATF, during its 130th meeting, likewise supports the draft Joint Administrative Order on the Revised Standard Guidelines on the Strict Observance of Health Protocols in the Conduct of Licensure Examinations during Public Health Emergency and / or Pandemic.

The Department of Health (DOH), the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) drafted this Joint Administative Order that shall govern all PRC licensure examinations for the duration of the public health emergency.
